Three panels of experts will discuss (1) how to meet regional housing needs in compliance with the sustainable communities strategy mandated by California Senate Bill 375; (2) how to finance affordable housing; and (3) how to provide housing for hte poor and the homeless. The toast to the centennial of women's suffrage in California was lead by two senior high school students who will cast their first votes soon.
